Roy R. Moss

Mr. Roy R. Moss, 74, of Emporia, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024.

He is survived by his wife, Connie J. Moss; two daughters, Crystal Jarratt (Michael Jarratt, Jr.) and Tracey Moss (Jamie); three stepsons, Adam Byers (Kelly), Cole Smith, and Lee Smith; three grandchildren, Amber Lowe, Logan Lowe, Alexis Weaver; a great-grandson, Zander; two sisters, Pamela Gregory (Jim) and Carolyn Harkness (Bud)a brother, Wesley Moss and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, December 4 at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Rd, Jarratt, Virginia. The funeral service will be held graveside 2 p.m. Thursday, December 5 at Greensville Memorial Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to The American Cancer Society (cancer.org).
