Robert Ervin

Mr. Robert Ervin, 83, of Freeman, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2025. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Crystal Ervin House and a brother, Frankie Ervin.

He is survived by his wife, Annie Ervin; two sons, Steve Ervin (Mary) and Ricky Ervin (Vicky) and a daughter, Cheryl Ballance (Gary); four grandchildren, Brittany Ervin, Robert Ballance, Roger Ballance, Theresa Ervin and Jason House; three great-grandchildren, Jennifer Ballance, Erin Ballance and Ryan Ballance; brother, Guy Ervin (Vicki) and a sister-in-law, Lynda Ervin.

The funeral will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 5 at Owen Funeral Home, 303 s. Halifax Rd in Jarratt where the family will receive friends 12- 2 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow at Ervin Family Cemetery at his home.
