Randy Harrell

Randy Harrell, 75, of Jarratt, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 29, 2026. He was the son and youngest child of the late Robert “Buddy” Harrell and Wilma W. Harrell; he was also preceded in death by two sisters, Janet H. Dunnavant, Beverly H. Gibson and brother, Glenn E. Harrell.

Randy is survived by nieces, Noelle Reekes and Kimberly Triplet; nephews, Randall Moseley (Jen), Kyle Moseley (Cindy) and Todd Moseley (Donna); numerous great-nieces and great-nephews and many heartfelt friends.

A Celebration of Life where the family will receive friends will be held 12:30 – 2 p.m., Saturday, June 6, 2026 at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Rd in Jarratt, Virginia where friends can come together to share memories.

Randy requests were not to have a formal service at the time of his death.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to a favorite charity.
