Kenny Jarratt

Kenny Jarratt, 68, of Branchville, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Jarratt; brother, Wayne Jarratt and sister-in-law, Carolyn Jarratt.

Kenny was the Supervisor of Transportation for Southampton Public Schools for over 27 years. He was a loving son and husband, father and “Paw-Paw”. He loved to fish, and he loved his family.

Kenny is survived by his wife of 48 years, Sandra C. Jarratt; two sons, Craig Jarratt (Lisa) and Gregory Jarratt; daughter, Julie Harrell (Lee); grandchildren, Kayla Link (Noah), Riley Jarratt (Dylan) and Ryan Jarratt; his mother, Lucille Jarratt; sister, Judy Mitchell (Jeff); brother, Dwight Jarratt (Andi) and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Rd, Jarratt, Virginia where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
