Karla Plummer Hardin

Karla Plummer Hardin, 87, of Sussex, passed away on Sunday, July 26,2026.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Teddy Lee Hardin; three sons, Terry Lee Hardin, Charles Wesley Hardin and George Pendelton Hardin.

Karla is survived by her daughter, Kathy Marie Hardin son, Ronald Dale Hardin (Martha);; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and numerous beloved cousins, nieces and nephews; many of which considered her as “Mom” and/or “Grandmother”.

Karla's memorial service will be held 3 p.m., Tuesday, August 4 at Yale SDA Church. 

A graveside and committal service will be held 12 Noon on Sunday, August 9 at "The End of the Trail Cemetery" in Sam Black, WV followed by a reception at Williamsburg Community Center, Williamsburg, WV. 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Yale Seventh Day Adventist Church.
