Mr. Jeffrey Franklin Skeens, 60, of South Prince George, Virginia passed away Saturday, December 7, 2024. He was the son of the late Frank Skeens and Joyce Toler Skeens.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Sharp.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
