Helen Marie Willis Harrell

Helen Marie Willis Harrell, 83, of Jarratt, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh W. Harrell and three brothers, William E. Willis, Clarence A. Willis and Robert C. Willis; two sisters, Florence James and Evelyn Cordrey.

Helen is survived by two sons, Hunter Hugh Harrell (Penny) and Scott Harrell; granddaughter, Briggs Ashby Harrell; sister, Connie Cummings and numerous beloved nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Her funeral service will be held graveside Saturday, April 11 at High Hills Cemetery.

The family will receive friends after the funeral service at Mrs. Harrell’s home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Lebanon United Methodist Church, 10053 Lebanon Church Rd, Jarratt, Virginia 23867.
