Garland Wayne Poarch, 76, of Brunswick,GA passed away Thursday, September 7, 2017. He is survived by his wife Alzira Poarch; daughter Patricia Poarch; and bother Warren Poarch (Sally). A funeral service will be held Wednesday 11:00 A.m. September 13 at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Rd., Jarratt, VA, with visitation one hour prior to service. Interment to follow in High Hills Baptist Church Cemetery. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.owenfh.com. A tribute to Mr. Poarch written by his daughter Patricia to follow.
