Frank Flanagan, 75, of Jarratt, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Mary H. Flanagan; sons, Edward Franklin “Fuzzy” Flanagan (Stephanie) and Jimmie Flanagan (Tina); daughter, Kim Miska (Bob); seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Janie Flanagan and Rosa L. Winbourne; brother, Johnny DeBrule (Gail); numerous nieces and nephews and his beloved canine companion, Vinnie.
The family will have a celebration of life service at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to American Legion Post 264, 111 Braxton Ave, Jarratt, VA, 23867.
