Donnie Taylor, 68, of Emporia, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2026. He is survived by his wife, Donna Taylor; daughter, Megan Miller (Ryan); grandson, Eldon Miller; two brothers, Gerald Taylor (Tricia) and Robert “Krow” Taylor (Brenda); sister, Esther Hirschberg (Andy); nieces, Loren Allen (Kevin) and Beth Harrington; nephews, Kirk Taylor (Nancy), Kellen Taylor, Keith Driver (Pam) and Michael Harrington.
A memorial service for Donnie will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, September 24 at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Rd, Jarratt, Virginia.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service 1-2 p.m.
