David Owen Wyatt

Mr. David Owen Wyatt, 62, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Concord, NC on Sunday, February 15, 2026.

David was born on November 22,1963 and was the son of Brenda Owen Wyatt and the late Dr. Robert Paul Wyatt. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie.

David proudly served in the United States Navy, earning the respect and gratitude of those who knew him for his commitment to his country. A true Washington Commanders fan, David filled his life with passion, whether cheering for his favorite team or watching Bigfoot videos.

For many years, David dedicated his career to Clegg's Pest Control as a manager, where he made lasting connections and left a mark on his colleagues and customers alike.

David is survived by his wife, Kaylene Jeanette Wyatt, and stepson, Nathan Corum of Concord, NC; his mother, Brenda O. Wyatt of Emporia, VA; sister, Joan Wyatt of Benson, NC and brothers, Andrew and Bill.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, March 7, 2026 at High Hills Baptist Church in Jarratt with a reception to follow in the church social hall.
