Betty Bishop

Betty Bishop, 87, of Emporia, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2026. She was the daughter of the late William and Bertha Gray and she was also preceded in death by her husband, W.J. Bishop, son Charles O. Howerton, Jr. and her daughter, Trena Davis.

Mrs. Bishop is survived by two sons, Larry Howerton (Barbara) and Charles E. Howerton (Robin); four grandchildren, Angel, Thomas, Joshua (Kayla) and Jillian and her great-granddaughter, Addilynn.

Funeral services are private.
