Alex Wolosuk
June 10, 1923 — February 15, 2020
Alex Wolosuk, 96, of Yale, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2020. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Erna T. Wolosuk; two sons, Stephen Wolosuk and Timothy Wolosuk (Julie); three daughters, Rebecca Woolridge (Michael), Sara L. Wolosuk and Martha Hardin (Ronnie); a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren and sister, Olga Newton.
Mr. Wolosuk was preceded in death by two brothers, Nicholas and Peter Wolosuk.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, February 18 at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Rd., Jarratt, Virginia. The funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 19 at Yale Seventh-Day Adventist Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery.
