Jean Harrison Wright

Jean Harrison Wright, 71, widow of R. Earl Wright, died on April 1, 2016. She is survived by her son, W. Vernon Bryant and his wife, Christina H. Bryant; grandson, Will Bryant and granddaughter, McKenna Bryant, all of Greensville County, Virginia. She is also survived by two brothers, John P. Harrison of Emporia and Claude W. Harrison of Richmond and a host of very special cousins and many wonderful friends. Jean was lifelong resident of Emporia/Greensville County and was the daughter of the late Paul J. Harrison and Ruby Conner Harrison. She was member of Monumental United Methodist Church where a memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 5 and where a visitation will follow the service. In keeping with Jean’s wishes, her ashes will be interred at a private service in the Harrison Family Cemetery on Grassy Pond Road in Greensville County. Flowers are welcomed or contributions may be made in her memory to Monumental United Methodist Church, 300 Southampton St, Emporia, Virginia 23847.
