Cleaton Edward "Ed" Malone, Jr.

Cleaton Edward Malone, Jr. of Jarratt passed away peacefully on December 30, 2014 at the age of 67. He is survived by one daughter, Tara Lee Malone-Menendez; her husband, Joe Menendez; one son, Christopher Edward Malone; his wife Susan and three grandchildren, Olivia Lee Menendez, Claire Elizabeth Malone and Anna Catherine Malone. All his friends knew him as Ed and he was known by all as a kind person. Visitation will be held at Owen Funeral Home Thursday, January 1 from 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, January 2 at Main Street Baptist Church of Emporia.
