Richard Benjamin Jones, Sr., 87, of Emporia, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2014. Mr. Jones was the former owner of Jones Upholstery Shop in Emporia. He is survived by his daughter, Joan Harrell and husband, Rickey of Emporia; his son, Richard Benjamin Jones, Jr. and wife, Susan of Callaway, Virginia; two grandchildren, Adam Harrell of Richmond and Eric Jones of Callaway. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
