William Rainey Hitchcock

William Rainey Hitchcock, 90, of Dinwiddie County, Virginia, died Friday, April 25, 2014, gone home to be with the Lord and his beloved wife, Margaret. He is survived by his son, Thomas Hitchcock and wife, Loretta; daughter, Karen Meyer and husband, Rolf; three grandchildren, Brittany, Nicholas and Joshua Meyer; sister, Ellen Purdue and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Sunday, April 27 at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Rd, Jarratt, Virginia.
