Brenda T. Capps, 62, of Emporia, died Thursday, November 15, 2012. She is survived by her husband, Jim Capps; four sons, Randy, Andy, Jason and Jeremy and a daughter, Candice and three grandchildren. The family will receive friends at her home on Friday. The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Rd, Jarratt, Virginia. Interment will follow ar First Christian Church Cemetery.
