Wilbur "Bill" Moore

Wilbur H. “Bill” Moore, 80, of Jarratt, died Saturday, November 10, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn W. Moore; daughter, Kathy M. Carroll and husband, Mike; three sons, Wilbur H. Moore, Jr. and wife, Peggy, Keith Moore and wife, Renee and Doug Moore and wife, Sherri six grandchildren, Melissa Moore, Michelle Carroll, Danny Moore, Ricky Moore, Bryan Moore and Rebecca Moore; eight great-grandchildren; a brother, Ray Moore and three sisters, Barbara Moore Christine Moore and Angelee Wrenn. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by four brothers, Joe, Glenn, Marvin and C. T. Moore. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Rd, Jarratt, Virginia where the funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 14, 2012. Interment will follow at High Hills Cemetery.
