Pete Daughtry

Mallory L. “Pete” Daughtry, 72, of Emporia, died Friday, September 28, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Rose Marie Daughtry; two sons, Mike Daughtry and wife, Alma “Dee” of Colonial Heights and David Daughtry and wife, Pamela of Jarratt; two grandsons, Justin and Michael Paul; a sister, Maxine “Cookie” House and husband, Percy Lee House, Jr.; a number of nieces and nephews and his beloved canine companion, Molly. The funeral service will be held graveside 2 p.m. Sunday, September 30, 2012 at Greensville Memorial Cemetery. Owen Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
